Heather Clemons is the founder of Roots yoga and lives in Fayetteville, TN. She came to yoga back in 2006, and the practice has stayed with her through many of the big moments in her life – pursuing her college degree in Photography, her marriage to her husband Chase, her two pregnancies and the birth of her children – just to name a few. She received her RYT-200 license at YogaFire in Madison, AL in 2017 after many years of feeling called to teaching.
When she decided to put down roots in her husband’s hometown of Fayetteville back in 2012, she noticed the need for yoga in the community and she received her RYT-200 license at YogaFire in Madison, AL in 2017 after many years of feeling called to teaching. Special thanks go out to the many teachers and role models who have helped her find her way: M Gatlin, Jessica Boginski, Ashley Stebbins, Teresa Brown, & Katie Silcox (among many other supporters).
She is well-qualified to teach hatha and vinyasa styles, as well as being experienced in working with prenatal and postnatal yoga students, and she looks forward to the lifetime of learning still to come.
